Many small downtown businesses are inviting the community to shop locally during this month long campaign which begins on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 and ends on Friday, December 1, 2017. For every $20.00 you spend in a participating downtown small business you will fill out one ticket to be entered into a drawing to win $1,000.00 in gift cards. Every participating downtown business will have a sign on their front door that says, "I AM A PROUD SHOP SMALL PARTICIPATING BUSINESS." Currently the participating downtown businesses are Gallery of Huntsville, Tickled Pink Gifts, A Nitsch In Time, Patio Cafe on the Square, Sam Houston Antique Mall, Timeless Treasures, Bluebonnet Square Antiques, Fabric Carousel, DejaVu Decor, Bargain Boxx/Simply Seconds and Pecking Crow!
